Description:

Released by Nikon in 2002, the Lite•Touch Zoom 150ED sits toward the top of the brand's compact 35mm lineup — one of the few point-and-shoots to carry Nikon's ED (extra-low dispersion) glass, technology otherwise reserved for its professional lenses, built in to control chromatic aberration across the zoom range. The 38–150mm lens covers everything from wide shots to tight telephoto, with a macro mode for close-up work down to about 0.8m.

Framing runs through a real-image zoom viewfinder with LED readouts and diopter correction, so it adjusts as the lens zooms. ISO is read automatically via DX coding across a 50–3200 range, and the built-in flash covers five modes, including slow-sync and red-eye reduction.

A standout for its class — genuinely sharp results for a point-and-shoot, wrapped in a compact champagne-finish body.
